Oh God, how do I begin , the wedding day was great but it was so over whelming and I just wish I had some tools to calm my mind down . To calm the mental chatter. That whole week before the wedding was full of chatter.. My friend Ashley on the other hand had some tools. He had a CD called Relaxation for the Bride. It was a Hypnosis CD that would calm the mental chatter.
