Terms for Album Designs and Prints are as Follows:
All album printing and Design is done through our Web Gallery partner sites. We are not responsible for the design of your album or the printing or color correction or retouching. We are only in charge of Shooting your photos and delivering them to you on a Disc or on our Partner site Web Gallery.
How and what you choose after that point is all up to you and the owners of the 3rd Party Website you are offered.
If for any reason you have not made your selections after three months from the Release of your Web Gallery, we are no longer responsible for your images.
Any amount of money you have paid Zoom Video towards Album and printing of Albums will be Forwarded to the Album Web Gallery as a Gift Certificate for you to apply to your order and you are responsible to handle that together with our third party website.
All technichal Questions are handled by them.
In a Case where a Gift Certificate is not used up by you within three months of Order Due date, the Gift Certificate will become void and you lose all rights of that certificate amount.
You may always Ask us about renewing your Website for Photos and if we agree on a case by case basis we will renew it for you at a fee. Once renewed you may begin your selection process again.
We are not responsible for archiving your photos after the three month period has passed.
When an Album or a product is ready for pickup, from the time it becomes ready, you will have 3 weeks to pick up the item. We understand that it may take you longer to pick it up, but we will not be responsible for any further changes or adjustments once the 3 weeks pickup period has passed. It is completely your responsibility to pickup on time. If you did not ask for a proof on an album, or albums that are not bride and groom albums , for example parent albums etc do not receive a proof and are printed in any order we see the pages to be fit. There are no order selections on parent albums. If your selection of the photos that are supposed to be in an album takes longer than 3 months from the event date, to choose from, then we are no longer responsible for the Album results as the changes in the album industry and the formats make it difficult to keep up with the exact thing you might have been presented with the first time.

Terms of Notifications:
In a case where important information is being communicated to a client. We will do so with Email or Telephone calls. We will leave messages by phone or Email. We are not responsible for Emails ending up in Spam or Bulk. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions and be aware of your terms, times and boundaries of your packages and image selections.
Video Services:
Zoom Video is not responsible for your Videos after the three months from the time of your event. Please be responsible to follow up on your videos and pick them up on time. From the day you receive a Video, from us , you must let us know of any problems up to five days later . After that date we are no longer responsible for any changes or Duplications.

- Footage and Images - Ownership and Safe keeping - and Time Factor
Zoom Video is not responsible for archiving or safekeeping of your footage or images after the six month period. If your footage has been archived at Zoom Video longer than six months from the date it was shot, even if we agree to provide it to you, or to work with you further, there will be no further changes or modifications or revisions available to the footage. In a situation where a Proof of an album or a video has been given to client or client has been notified to pick up the proof product or client has been emailed the proof, Zoom Video will consider the proof as final product and will either begin printing or finalizing this product as is 7 days after the proof notice has been submitted and there are no further changes possible after that date, unless you Discuss further Membership options. The same Rule applies to a 2nd proofing revision. Zoom Video will Revise an Album Design up to a maximum of 2 times through Email Communication and phone. If you request a change in your album pages and as a result other pages must creatively be shifted, you accept that this will remain as the shift and that you are responsible for the changes in the album .Any further changes after the 2nd revision will require to a membership for more time.
If a client comes back after several months or years past the shooting and wants to reestablish a connection with our services and to finish old unfinished business, it will be Zoom Video's Decision as to allow you to buy membership time to continue. Client also understands that due to the time factor and technology and Software changes, the products might not be editable or will be as is or will have limitations that override what was promised in the original contract.
All Contracts exchanged at anytime starting from the year 1996 and Further with Zoom Video are bound to these Terms and Conditions written here.

There are several membership available to extend your time on the services once you have breached your contractual timing.you will find options for website renewal, or one month extension of communication services or revisions etc.
